What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, cellphone number and delivery address. We need all three to get the parcel to you and to have our rider text you before delivery. We do not ask for card details — every order is cash on delivery.
We also record anonymous usage data: which pages were viewed, which buttons were clicked, and where the visit came from. This is recorded on our own server and is not shared with an advertising network.
Who we share it with
Your delivery details are passed to our order system and to the courier who brings the parcel. Nobody else receives them, and we do not sell customer lists.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and for handling returns. You can ask us to remove your personal details from them at any time — write to the address in the footer and we will anonymise your orders.
